Interactive, scenario-based digital simulations depicting high-risk hostile incidents, developed for Metropolitan Police and the National Counter Terrorism Security Office to support UK businesses strengthening preparedness, awareness and decision-making under pressure.
I designed and developed a hostile incident simulation for the Met Police, from end to end, creating consistent and realistic learning experiences based on fictional high-pressure scenarios.
The eLearning is designed for both individual completion and facilitated group sessions across UK businesses, enabling structured discussion, reflection, and deeper exploration of decision-making under pressure. These dynamic experiences can be completed solo or as a collaborative group activity, ensuring versatile and impactful learning.
In addition, I supported the development of marketing materials to help facilitate the rollout of the eLearning on the ProtectUK platform.
