As Content Director, I led the creative and instructional direction of a series of fictional hostile incident eLearning simulations from concept through to final delivery. These scenarios are designed to place business owners and staff inside realistic, high-pressure situations to build confidence, strengthen situational awareness and gain invaluable insights into effective responses to real-world threats.
The eLearning content can be completed individually or used to facilitate structured group discussion, encouraging reflection and deeper exploration of decision-making under pressure. These dynamic experiences can be completed solo or as a collaborative group activity, ensuring versatile and impactful learning.
